Rick Clemenson, is a Los Angeles–based architect whose career spans nearly five decades of design and construction excellence. A graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), Rick founded Richard Clemenson Associates in 1985, integrating architectural design and hands-on construction management under one roof. His practice emphasizes inventive yet practical solutions that balance beauty, efficiency, and buildability — a philosophy evident in every project featured here.

The first three houses you see were designed and built by Rick Clemenson in Pacific Palisades and did not burn. They were in high burn areas like Rustic Canyon and Rivas canyon. They are: The Baker residence, the Marusak residence and the Keane residence.
